A New Model of Excellence

Alas Consulting Group was created through the partnership of organizations dedicated to transforming leadership, culture, and systems within education.

By combining Take-Flight’s TF-Lens model for special education transformation with SOAR Community Network’s expertise in leadership development and collaborative culture building, Alas provides school systems with a comprehensive approach to improving outcomes for students with disabilities.

Through tools such as TF-OKO and our WINGS Catalyst Program, educators and administrators develop the leadership capacity, strategic clarity, and collaborative networks needed to drive lasting change.

Together, we are building a new model of excellence in special education.

Corporate Overview

Alas Consulting Group partners with school systems to strengthen and transform special education through leadership development, systems evaluation, and strategic implementation.

Across the country, educators and school leaders are deeply committed to supporting students with disabilities, yet many districts continue to face persistent challenges. Fragmented service delivery, limited data analysis, and the ongoing demands of compliance can make it difficult for school systems to implement sustainable improvements that lead to stronger outcomes for students.

Alas Consulting Group was established to help districts move beyond compliance and toward system-wide excellence in special education. Our integrated approach combines the TF-Lens Framework, the TF-OKO data platform, and the WINGS Catalyst leadership program to help districts evaluate their current systems, strengthen leadership capacity, and implement strategic improvements. Together, these tools enable educators and administrators to align service delivery, use data more effectively, and build collaborative systems that support student success.

Guided by values of compassionate leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, Alas works alongside school communities to develop leaders who can drive meaningful change.

Our goal is simple yet powerful: to help school systems create environments where students with disabilities are supported, empowered, and given the opportunity to thrive.
