WINGS Catalyst Program

The WINGS Catalyst Program is a nine-month leadership and strategy development journey created by Alas Consulting Group to help school systems improve outcomes for students with disabilities.

Despite the dedication of educators and administrators across the country, many districts still face disparities in achievement, employment readiness, and independence for students receiving special education services.

WINGS was created to help districts close that gap.

Our mission is to support educators and leaders in building systems where every student with disabilities has the opportunity to thrive.

WHAT IS WINGS?

WINGS stands for Working in Networks for Growth and Strategy.

This program brings together educators, administrators, and school leaders in a cohort learning experience designed to strengthen special education systems through:

Participants do not simply attend workshops; they design and implement real strategies within their schools and districts.
