Alas Consulting Group was established to help districts move beyond compliance and toward system-wide excellence in special education. Our integrated approach combines the TF-Lens Framework, the TF-OKO data platform, and the WINGS Catalyst leadership program to help districts evaluate their current systems, strengthen leadership capacity, and implement strategic improvements.
