Transforming Special Education
WINGS Catalyst Program
The WINGS Catalyst Program is a nine-month leadership and strategy development journey created by Alas Consulting Group to help school systems improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
Despite the dedication of educators and administrators across the country, many districts still face disparities in achievement, employment readiness, and independence for students receiving special education services.
WINGS was created to help districts close that gap.
Our mission is to support educators and leaders in building systems where every student with disabilities has the opportunity to thrive.
Leadership Development in Action
The WINGS Catalyst Program develops leaders who can confidently drive change within their schools and districts. Participants build the skills, mindset, and strategies needed to lead with purpose, align teams, and improve special education outcomes.
Strategy and Implementation
Participants move beyond theory by designing and executing real-world action plans. The program provides a structured pathway to translate vision into measurable improvements in service delivery and student success.
